The role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic person to join the Gardens and Ground team as a Grounds Technician, predominantly covering our City Campus.
What will you be doing?
The role will be mobile around the University Estate providing a comprehensive grounds maintenance service, to include, grass mowing, leaf clearance, litter clearance, street cleaning operations.
You should apply if
You are a self-driven, motivated individual, who is a good team player but also able to work alone and unsupervised, using your own initiative when required. Demonstrable experience of working in a similar field would be an advantage. A full, valid UK driving licence is essential as a university vehicle is provided for visiting outlying properties.
