Plant Maintenance Manager
My client, who operates in the Power industry has an immediate need for a talented Maintenance Manager to oversee and lead the maintenance team at a busy plant. This person must have direct leadership experience and come from a heavy industrial plant environment (Power industry, chemical plant, etc).
NEEDED!
Ideal candidate will have a BS - Engineering
At least 6 years of supervisory experience
Ability to manage budgets
Strong leadership skills (ability to identify and implement change, etc.)
Solid planning skiils (preventative maintenance programs, outages,)
Hail from a maintenance background (have a solid understanding of instrumentation, Electrical, NEC code, Arc Safety regulations).
Well versed with Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing, proecss improvement practices.
