is partnered with a well-established and growing agriculture company based in Colorado in their confidential search for a Lead Well Driller
. As a Lead Well Driller
you have a great opportunity to join a growing company that specializes in agriculture, residential and commercial well drilling. Our client company is seeking a candidate with prior water well drilling experience.
This company has been servicing customers in the agriculture industry for the past 15 years and has grown to over 150 employees in that time. With six locations spread across Colorado, Nebraska, and Kansas our client company is able to serve a wide customer base.
This opportunity offers the ability to be home most nights.
Requirements/Skills Needed:
5-10 years of prior water drilling experience (agriculture, residential or commercial)
Equipment experience: Top Head Drive Rigs, Mud Rotary Rigs, Reverse Rotary Rigs, Backhoes, Skid Steers, Pump Hoists
Experience with following methodologies would be highly preferred: mud, air, air percussion, and reverse circulation drilling
Class A or B CDL w/Tanker Endorsement
Geology/Formation Interpretation, preferred
Other preferred skills: drilling equipment operation, pump operation, and overhead lifting/rigging
High Mechanical Aptitude
Critical Thinking/Problem Solving
Job Description:
Perform well drilling operations in the following areas: agriculture, residential and commercial
Lead a small team of operators
Manage well drilling project from beginning to end
Communicate effectively with customer during entire project
Compensation/Benefits:
$50,000-$75,000 base salary; DOE
