Northwest Center is looking for our next Grounds Supervisor in Everett! Join the Integrated Facilities Services (IFS) team and become our next Grounds Supervisor! In this pivotal role you will be working with our landscaping maintenance crews. Providing necessary training and ensuring high levels of contract compliance while working to grow our grounds business. Conducting monthly safety inspections of all IFS supplies and equipmentPreforming grounds maintenance functions, including chemical applications, irrigation system start-up, weatherization, tree trimming, and other specialized tasks as needed.Maintaining costs at or below budgetBuilding and maintaining positive relationships with customer service representativesGrowing IFS's grounds business by soliciting new clients and bidding for new workREQUIREMENTS:Experiance of commercial grounds maintenance operationsSupervisory experience (2 years preferred)Must have or obtain a pesticide applicators license within first 6 months of employmentExperience working with commercial irrigation systemsThe ability to perform light maintenance on landscaping equipmentStrong verbal and interpersonal skills required The ability to lift up to 75lbsThe ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditionsAcceptable 5-year driving recordProof of Covid-19 VaccineNorthwest Center is committed to offering reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities.
