POSITION PROFILE
Work from computer read out, established work procedures.
Select and place paint hooks in accordance with established hanging patterns.
Maintain communication with the finish system operators and coordinators.
Maximize line efficiency by combining staged product within a color run.
Keep accurate production records of product hung during shift.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Bend and twist at the waist frequently.
Push and pull with a force up to 55 pounds frequently.
Have good eye and hand coordination.
Lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 55 pounds occasionally.
Work around moving machines.
Tolerate heat, dust and vapors.
Discriminate between Knoll colors.
Wear safety equipment.
Required Skills
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:
Experience in a manufacturing environment required
Working knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, principles, and tools preferred
Required Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
