Job Description

The Carpet Cleaner performs custodial duties and minor maintenance. Maintains carpets, marble, and various floor surfaces. Maintains premises in a clean and orderly condition.

Qualifications:

-Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience.

-Knowledge of power and non-power equipment, and machinery required to perform tasks.

-Knowledge of MSDS safety precautions and warning procedures.
