Other duties may be assignedu00A0u00A01.u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Ability to monitor the Auto Transfer Table lines and keep the shackles full on both lines while identifying and removing Septic birds.2.u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Ability to sort birds at a rate of 35 BPM. u00A03.u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Gizzard Table u2013 Ability to sort, identify and remove yellow peel, identifying injesta and bile contaminated gizzards at a rate of 210 gizzards per minute.4.u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Salvage u2013 Ability to properly salvage, vacuum and was birds per FSQA requirements.5.u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Ability to perform Final Trim by identifying and removing undesired defects.6.u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Ability to effectively communicate with Leadership and Process Control concerning any flock, bird, or equipment issues.7.u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Maintains a clean and organized work area. u00A08.u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Develops and maintains a working relationship with USDA personnel9.u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Perform other duties as assigned.
