Profile

SUMMARY: This position requires proficiency in multiple skill clusters including electricity and electronics, fluid power, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes. The position will perform high-level machine and systems troubleshooting and repair, assist engineering and plant staff with the specification, installation, and modification of integrated systems, and provide technical support and training for all phases of the operation.

This position will be responsible for keeping machinery running to maintain continuous production, y ou must be able set up, adjust and break down production line machinery, be able to learn Tyson SAP software to make work orders, execute maintenance planning and be proficient in Materials Management, fill out the daily documentation that is required in the system.

Must be willing and able to lift, push, or carry up to 50lbs., must be able to stand, bend, reach overhead, and twist for long periods of time, must be able to stand 10 -12 hours a day on hard floor, climb fixed ladders, work in a hot, dusty, damp/cold environment with a high concentration of allergens such as dust, chick down, etc.

Must be willing to complete all required training for the job, complete all duties as assigned by supervisor.

Work Schedule: 1st Shift- Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. approximate

Must have a flexible work schedule, may adjust according to business needs. REQUIREMENTS:Education: Training beyond high school including either an Associate(A.S.) degree in Electronics Technology (or closely related technicalfield), or a combination of education and experience which may includeskilled trades programs or military training.

Experience: 4 years of automation experience and/or industrialmaintenance experience.Computer Skills: Standard computer skills; must have strong skills indocument organization, the use of technical materials, and researchtechniques. Must either be proficient or become proficient in SAPMaintenance.Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate verbally and inwriting with all team members.Special Skills: Must possess the ability to function effectively in ateam environment and interact productively with all levels of managementand operations personnel; critical thinking and problem solving skills;with strong interpersonal skills.Certification: Certifications in any technical field or techniques is aplus.

Must not own, possess, or otherwise maintain any domestic, wild or exotic fowl to be considered.

Will be required to have an Animal Well Being background check.

Only applicants from the following counties in AR will be considered: Washington, Benton and Madison.

Supervisory: NATravel: 1-5 trips per year outside of assigned location.
