At CHS, we are creating connections to empower agriculture.Summary CHS Agriculture is looking for drivers to deliver palletized goods from its local warehouse to retail customers. Much of the role is a Monday - Friday, day shift opportunity. There may be occasions where commodities, timing, and length of haul are slightly different. Responsibilities Pick up and deliver product to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.Immediately report all accidents, traffic violations, and damage to vehicles.Provide excellent customer service while representing CHS.Assist in warehouse when not delivering product, with tasks that are deemed necessary to help teammates.Perform various duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications (required) CDL class A or BHigh school diploma or GEDAdditional Qualifications Tanker endorsement or ability to obtain prior to start date2 year of driving experience or equivalent hoursPhysical Requirements Ability to pass DOT physical and drug testCHS offers a competitive total compensation package.
