Description

The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 accurately fills and counts medications. The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.

Responsibilities

Dispensing Pharmacy Technicians support Humana and the members that we serve by accurately fulfilling prescriptions, assisting pharmacists to deliver accurate prescription information, and inventory control.

Experience a fast past paced and exciting mail-order environment working with new and exciting automation technologies. The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 ensures inventory levels are adequate for dispensing by working with inventory supply team. This is a non-customer facing position where you work both independently and as a team in a positive productive atmosphere.

Required Qualifications


High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have an active Arizona Pharmacy Technician license with the Board of Pharmacy.
Pharmacy Technician / Technician in Training experience
Associates working in the state of Arizona must comply with the Tobacco Free Hiring Policy (see details below under Additional Information) and upon offer will be subjected to nicotine testing as part of a 10-panel drug test
