Pediatric Care Technician - Apollo - PT/Nights JOB SUMMARY: The Pediatric Care Technician (PCT) is an unlicensed multi-skilled worker who supports patient care by performing specific nursing tasks and support functions as delegated by a licensed provider. Care provided by the PCT is supervised by a Registered Nurse. REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a High School Diploma/GED. Graduation from a patient care program (i.e. MA, CNA, EMT), or two semesters of a Nursing Program, or two years in a similar role in lieu of patient care program or nursing requirement is required. BLS - Basic Life Support is required within 30 days of hire or transfer into position. Minimum six (6) months providing direct patient care is preferred. Ability to work in a team environment, ability to be delegated tasks by the RN, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a timely manner. Medical terminology and Bilingual skills are preferred. POSITION DETAILS: Part-Time, 40 hours per pay period. Night shifts PAY RANGE: $18.70 - $27.10 LOCATION: Madera, CA
