Job Summary:

Assist Rig crew and Maintenance crew in the preparation of drilling operations, maintenance operations and Rig move preparation. Operate and maintain wheelloader or forklift. Service quality, job preparation and safety are key priorities.

Roles and Responsibilities:


Daily location operations Helper
HSE lead while on location or in the shop, everyone is an HSE leader
Driving and hauling equipment to and from location (utilizing SLB standards while doing so)
Reporting HSE, Competency, Training, and annual Goals
Make the job the priority when operations are happening
Work together with other vendors to complete tasks
Rig up and rig down efficiently and safely
All SLB set employee goals and training
Proficiency in the tasks set forth based off your experience level.

Minimum Job Qualifications:


1 or more years of flowback operations experience
Must be confident in Basic flowback operations and familiar with 2 or more of the following:


a. Frac assist/screen out operations

b. Frac Valve greasing

c. Torque and Test operations

d. Wrenches

e. Repair and rebuilding plug valves and manifolds

f. Separator and flare repair

g. Plug catcher and gate valve repair

h. Drillout operations, pull and dump style

i. Well testing production ops

j. Computers and reporting requirements (Microsoft Office familiar)

k. Forklifts

l. Manlifts


High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
Mechanical aptitude
Willingness to travel 100% of the time
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship
