The Opportunity: The Assistant Service Manager has the responsibility to provide day to day operational support to the team and Service Manager. You would be supervising engagement and performance activities, while delivering support to client segments to deliver the renewal processes. ResponsibilitiesAct as a Subject Matter Expert and provide operational support and raise enquiries, if requiredAct as a support 2IC if the Service Manager is unavailable Provide partnership and collaboration within the teamAssist team members to exceed customer service standards for the groupHelp train, mentor, and onboard new and existing team members Proactively developing and maintaining effective internal relationships across the businessHold monthly 1-1’s with Service Specialists and share relevant feedback with the Service Manager Manage Errors & Omissions, ensure reporting, due process is followedAssist in succession planning for key positions within the division About you: This role requires good organisational skills, a willingness to train and help develop people’s skills and be a collaborative team member at all time.Ability to form relationships with multiple partners in a professional mannerTrain & upskill peopleDemonstrate leadership skillsAbility to complete reporting and data analysisGood all-round communication and organisational skillsAble to multi-task & prioritise workloadsInteract with Insurers and external partners to improve client servicingAbility to use your initiative and problem seekExcellent knowledge using software programs, including MS Office Experience with client databases and customer facing applications About Us: We’re a team of authentic and smart individuals passionate about providing outstanding value to our clients and our local communities.
