They accurately monitor a variety of inventory control processes and procedures. Additionally, they measure, track and report audit results and advise leadership of any potential issues. Merchandise Processors also assist with providing additional training for procedural processes, systems knowledge and inventory management for other distribution center team members.

Key Responsibilities
Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions for their needs.
Stock received merchandise into specific designated locations.
Process orders by locating and moving specified product to the loading dock.
Pack smaller products into larger containers for shipment to stores.
Load merchandise onto trucks for shipment to company locations.
Maintain a safe, clean work area by removing empty pallets, sweeping, removing boxes and other debris.
Basic Qualifications
Ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods of time
Ability to repetitively carry, lift, push and pull weight of up to 40 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
Forklift certification
Strong written, verbal, presentation and facilitation skills
Beginner knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook)
