We are looking for a structured, independent and helpful Stockroom Responsible, with experience in retail, who has a passion for great service. You are innovative and take initiative to actions which can contribute to keeping the Back Of House organized like a well-oiled machine. You are striving to do the best in everything you do, and of course you have an interest in the fashion industry and Calvin Klein.

 

The Job:

The position is 35 hours per week.

General areas of responsibility:

Operationel assignments

• Accepting incoming deliveries onto the system
• Organizing stock in the stockroom and using initiative to improve ways of managing stock
• Being a key player in SKU accuracy and stock take
• It is expected that you ensure a consistent and accurate filling / follow-up of products
• You follow the visual standards for merchandise
• That you perform/and or delegate daily / weekly / monthly open and close checklist tasks outlined by the Store Manager, to ensure that the store is always ready for customers
• Analyze store level reports and create action plans to improve results
• That you perform other tasks assigned on time and with attention to detail
• That you participate in the inventory as needed

Customer Service

• It is expected that you follow and enforce Calvin Klein Customer Service
• That you maintain a strong knowledge of our products to inform and provide information to customers and employees
• That you consistently promote a positive shopping experience by treating all customers in a fair and consistent manner

 

Language

• Swedish: Native Language
• English: Highly proficient in spoken and written English
