Job Summary:
Performs all technical duties in one of the functional areas: electronic, mechanical, or systems. Completes tests, measurements, operations or process controls.
Conducts troubleshooting to diagnose product, process, or program defects and repair them.
With minimal direction, analyze and determine causes associated with manual, automatic, CNC and NC machine tools.
Make Mechanical and electrical repairs, request needed parts, etc.
Diagnose problems affecting the operation of production machinery.
Determine whether problem is mechanical, electrical or hydraulic in nature and decide best approach for making repairs.
Obtain or request needed parts to complete repairs in the shortest time possible to eliminate extensive loss of production.
Trouble shoot electrical problems with VOM, am probe, oscilloscope, etc.
Respond to written work requests as directed.
Observe all safety procedures and policies.
Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed.
Must cooperate and work well with others.
Ensure all assigned equipment is continually maintained at the highest standards, resulting in proper functionality and minimum failures.
Responsible to improve asset availability by reducing the asset turnaround time through reduction of asset waiting for
maintenance, Down for Parts/RAN, Down for Failure and Work-in-Process.
Execute Maintenance Strategy (compliant to RCM strategy) through CMMS & SW adherence
Comply to TLM standards
Responsible to support Continuous Improvement culture, initiatives & execute RWP within his/ her location.
Responsible to implement reliability practices
Utilize maintenance business systems to reach full cost, time and equipment traceability for maintenance performance (movements, work orders, parts used and time to maintain).
When relevant participate to failure investigations
Follow fixed-step training program and ensure his/her training is on schedule and accurately recorded.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
Minimum 1-year experience in Repair or Maintenance.
High School Diploma Required.
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
