What you will do:   •    Rotate into all warehouse job functions including order picker, shipper, loader, put away, robot operation and assist with the coordination of the site damage/re-pour area, with required training •    Track orders and productivity •    Unload and load trailers of palletized materials and transport the same for storage in a safe and efficient manner   Minimum Qualifications:                                                  •    Eighteen (18) years of age •    Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship now or in the future for employment work visa status •    Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English                                                              •    Able to work overtime with or without reasonable accommodation Preferred Qualifications: • One (1) year of work experience working as a picker or packer in a warehouse or distribution center environment • Experience operating stationary power equipment such as palletizers, conveyors, hoists and stackers, mills or farm/ construction equipment • Experience operating mobile power equipment such as lift trucks, tow motors or pallet handling equipment, order pickers, high lifts, forklifts, or cherry picker • Experience using computers for picking tickets and order entry (keyboarding, data entry, scanners, bar code readers, etc.)   Sherwin-Williams is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer committed to an inclusive and diverse workplace.
