Leads, alongu00A0with Maintenance Directors, the continuous improvementu00A0of theu00A0Pilgrims Maintenance Pillar, and materials to communicate expectations, processes, and tools. Leads initiatives, with IT technical support,u00A0on howu00A0best to utilize SAP and technology capabilities to improve processes, data capture and spend/reliability analysis.u00A0 Provides Maintenance Pillar and SAPu00A0education and training for plant maintenance teamsu00A0to improve work performance andu00A0equipment reliability. Developsu00A0and automatesu00A0metrics to track maintenance performance. Develops maintenance budget templates andu00A0trains maintenance management on process. Analyzes and compares equipment spend across plants to identify and communicate best practices to maintain equipmentu00A0and improve equipment performance. Interfaces with equipment suppliers to obtain manuals andu00A0optimal spend recommendations. Develops master PM templates,u00A0contentu00A0and optimal spendu00A0for critical equipment. Serves as theu00A0Pilgrims expert on SAP functionality and procedures. Serves as liaison with Corporate Safety and QA to insure maintenance processes support our people and food safety initiatives. Must be able to travel 50% of time, with overnight stays of 1-4 days. Must be able to work independently and exhibit Pilgrim values to uphold maintenance pillar. Must be able to traverse processing areas and equipment. MUST BE ABLE TO RELOCATEu00A0EDUCATION:Typically requires an Associateu2019s Degree or completion of Vocational/Technical specialty certification/licensure program in a related field.u00A0EXPERIENCE:Typically requires a minimum of 5 yearsu00A0of DIRECTLY RELATED experience.
