Safety is always FIRST with Tyson Foods. At Tyson, all Team Members are expected to practice safety standards, policies, and procedures.
The Warehouse Loader is responsible for loading and unloading product into and out of trailers. The Team Member will place pallets from the stage area into trailers and unload product from trailers using a motorized forklift. The Team Member will correctly check in loads and break down product to properly fit into trailers. At times, other job duties and tasks may be part of the daily routine.
The work shift for this position is Monday through Thursday from 6:00 pm to 4:30 am. During the shift, you must be willing to move around the work area at a fast pace and bend, squat, lift, push, and pull up to 70 pounds in a work environment with temperatures ranging from 28 to 0 degrees. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including footwear, head gear, hearing protection, and gloves will be provided.
The hours for the initial 2 to 3 week training and orientation period will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
