We really are a, “Best Place to Work.”We are looking for someone who will be the fist point of contract for the EMEA Central Buffer Tier 1 Distribution Centre for IBM (as well as the Netherlands' Operation). You will ensure a continuity of the logistics flow and minimise the impact in case of system issues. You will train new colleagues and drive continuous improvement within the Central Buffer operation by optimising system configuration in line with site requirements.The key responsibilities in this role include:Be the first point of contact for the LSP operating the CB for system related issuesTriage issues, drive resolution and where needed raise tickets to service managementParticipation in implementation and UAT testingSupport user training on systems, both 3PL and LLPWork closely with the BPO's and LLP operations lead for CB & the Netherlands to support optimization effortsMaster data coordinationSupporting Control Tower operation team in system related issuesOrganizing changes in all involved systems with customer, suppliers and subcontractorsWhat are we looking for?
