Job Description Job Summary:
The Wastewater Operations & Maintenance Technician performs technical and mechanical work at the wastewater treatment plant and pump stations while overseeing the Project's Preventative Maintenance Program. Serves as a back-up plant operator when needed.
Key Responsibilities:  
Maintain and repair equipment with a strong mechanical background
Ability to utilize CMMS system to schedule and complete work orders
Work safely in a team-oriented environment
Inspects plant operations on a periodic basis, checking and operating equipment
Responds to off hours emergency alarms
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications Core Qualifications:
2 years' experience in Wastewater Treatment preferred
High school diploma or equivalent  
Valid Driver's License
Must have the ability to obtain a MA Grade 3M wastewater license within 18 months from date of hire
