PACKAGING OPERATOR TEAM LEADSummary:Team Lead must have all Departmental Core SOP’s, Equipment SOP's, & Job Skill Training (JST) completed. Can accurately execute and document task on the Packaging Batch Record (PBR). Can accurately perform and document In Process Line Audits. Can create a PI sheet, stage, consume, & return packaging components in SAP. The Team Lead is required to possess an intrinsic knowledge over a wide range of responsibilities and processes, including - Set up, Operation, Cleaning, & Troubleshooting of Packaging Lines 1, 3, 7, & 9. Also, is proficient at setting up and operating the Optel Serialization Systems. Successfully completed the “Train the Trainer” program. Practice proper work safety and have good documentation, and no product loss incidents. The position will require the ability to prioritize tasks, set daily goals, and assign work to employees to ensure activities are completed in a timely manner.A Packaging Operator-Team Lead will ensure all activities are completed in an efficient and timely manner by prioritizing, set daily goals, and assigning tasks to employees. The Candidate will be mentored and coached by a Leader (Group Lead or Supervisor) on job responsibilities for a minimum of 3 months.Must be able to adapt to changing tasks and schedules.Must have working knowledge of all packaging equipment and serialization process.Must be familar with cGMP’s, SOP’s, Training Modules (Train the Trainer), and Safety Procedures.Must be detail oriented for accuracy.Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, challenge, and drive to succeed.
