Face coverings are available to all team members and enhanced cleaning and sanitation is regularly performed.\u00A0POSITION SUMMARY:\u00A0 The Field Service Representative is responsible for working with contract broiler growers to obtain maximum quality and optimal production costs.\u00A0 Responsible for maintaining a working relationship with broiler growers to insure production of high-quality broilers to the processing plant.\u00A0ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned1.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Directs contract growers in poultry husbandry according to Pilgrim\u2019s procedures and Broiler Grower Agreement, maintaining a good working relationship and optimal performance to meet or exceed goals.
