Refrigeration Maintenance Tech - A Shift

Job Details:

This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the refrigeration systems while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on electric pallet moving equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on Industrial Refrigeration systems. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building and grounds. Perform preventative maintenance on batteries, battery chargers, battery racks and carts as needed. Train in Hazmat procedures and be respirator-certified. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Basic mechanical knowledge and record keeping skills. Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing to complete required documentation. Must be respirator-certifiable on PVDC’s equipment. Welding and Ammonia experience preferred. 3 Years Maintenance or maintenance related experience preferred.
