Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for executing and managing Logistics operations to continuously improve the service level to field operations. The Logistics & Support Manager takes charge of all matters related to import and export compliance and timely movement of goods at an optimum cost.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Interface with internal and external customers, freight forwarders, customs clearing agents, and customs representatives to ensure efficient, effective and repeatable service delivery.

Implement programs resulting in continuous improvement of service levels to the field organization.

Maintain a close working relationship with Product Lines to ensure service delivery and the right amount of support.

Build and maintain an effective and LEAN Logistics team, aiming at continuous growth of individual and team performance through training, support and motivation.

Implement objectives jointly with the Product Lines, and report on the performance of the Logistics organization.

Manage local transport programs, including transport network, customs and regulatory compliance, supplier development and performance programs.

Manage logistics costs and overall performance by identifying freight consolidation opportunities and analyzing root causes of deviations, process improvement reviews, and negotiating and administering third-party logistics contracts.

Identify and work on total cost reduction initiatives.

Develop and manage processes for domestic distribution and import/export.

Be responsible for full customs, trade control and other transport regulatory compliance of all logistics activities.

Develop and implement shipping guidelines and process flows for all shipping lanes and on all modes of transportation.

Manage domestic logistics distribution and import/export costs.

Assist the Category Supply Chain Manager with negotiating and administering contractual agreements required for third-party logistics providers and key suppliers.

Ensure safe operations and technical integrity.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.

Previous Warehouse experience.

Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
