Job Details:

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the day to day clerical responsibilities of a Receiving department. This position is primarily responsible for accurately tracking and recording incoming and/or out-going shipments, preparing documentation as required, communicating with guards on incoming tractors/trailers, ensuring trailers are in doors in timely manner, coordinating trailer moves with yard shuttle operators, maintaining and verifying the yard map, ensuring yard checks are completed at appropriate times, data entry for WMS system, answering phone calls and attending to the driver window, responding to pertinent emails, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Internal requirements:

Team Member must be able to lift 70 lbs. Must be able to work flexible shifts, hours, and weekends as needed to include Sundays, must communicate well with Team Members and all levels of management.

Team Members must have 7 or less attendance points; no written warning w/in last 6 months; no suspensions within last year; not be on probation; team members who have transferred or down-bid within the last 6 months may only bid for jobs of a higher grade . Preference given to TMs internal to this location.
