Description
The Provider Installation Professional 2 administers the installation of assigned provider accounts. Performs set-up, database loading, and preparation of administrative documents and materials. The Provider Installation Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
Responsibilities
The Provider Installation Professional 2 provides support to provider accounts by responding to inquiries and resolves issues of concern. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 2 years of experience within the Humana Service Fund Department
Proven experience with data analysis
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Proven experience in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadline
Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences in professional environment
Strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Work at Home/Remote Requirements
Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings
Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 25x10 (25mbs download x 10mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required
Preferred Qualifications
Provider installation experience
SQL knowledge and experience in writing SQL queries
Experience in healthcare industry
