Description

This position is responsible general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Tasks

Must be able to repeatedly push, pull, lift and carry up to 100 pounds, must be able to work in extreme cold, dry environment (32 to 40 degrees), use hands and arms above shoulder level and stand 8-12 hours a day. Must be able and willing to work with beef, chicken and pork products.

ATTENTION these positions will require the use of powered equipment such as low boys and stand up forklifts and scanners.

Requirements

Warehouse experience preferred. Must have 6 months operator experience. Must be able to work the shift that is available, C shift-overnight. Must be willing to work up to 12 hours a shift. Amarillo Foreward Warehouse department works 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and will include shifts on Sundays and some major holidays. All jobs offers are based on the conditions that the candidate can provide proof of authorization to work legally in the United States and pass a urinalysis screening, which is part of the post-offer health assessment.
