The Parts Room Attendant 4 manages the distribution of ordered parts by work area, by project or by team members who is responsible for the project. Parts Room Attendant 4 is responsible of tracking the flow of outgoing and incoming parts for maintenance use, also ensures that all parts receive and issued are recorded and included in inventory through SAP, contacts the vendors to follow up orders and stop orders as if necessary, manages returns due to damaged or incorrect items, stocks the supplies to the proper storage area or location, performs cycle physical inventory. They also make arrangement with the company truck for pickup items.
