Safety is always FIRST with Tyson Foods. At Tyson, all Team Members are expected to practice safety standards, policies, and procedures.

This position is responsible for properly disposing of damaged product. The duties require maintaining a sanitized work area. This position contains detail-oriented paperwork. At times, other job duties and tasks may be part of the daily routine.

During your work shift, which consists of 12 hours, you must be willing to move around the work area at a fast pace and bend, squat, lift, push, and pull up to 70 pounds or more in a work environment with temperatures ranging from 28 to 0 degrees. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including head gear, hearing protection, and gloves will be provided.

The hours for the initial 2 to 3 week training and orientation period will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
