This position is responsible for performing fork lift operations for the pack out work area. The forklift operator is responsible for bringing all needed supplies to each line before the start of a shift and throughout a shift as needed. These supplies include: boxes, bagger film, inserts, labels, sauce packets, etc. The forklift operator is also responsible for dumping condemn hoppers as needed throughout a shift. This means taking the hoppers to the processing level of the plant and dumping them into the condemn flour auger. Additionally, the forklift operator is sometimes required to perform product rework or to pack rejects. Forklift operator-use electric floor jacks to move product such as hoppers. At the end of shift forklift driver is responsible for moving materials such as boxes, film, labels, sauce packets back to the ship floor or new box. Also help leads in packout with trash and cardboard. and all other duties assigned. Forklift experience.
