SUMMARY: This position is responsible for scaling carcasses on an electronic key board, assign carcass ID numbers to carcasses, identify carcasses and cross reference the cattle to lots.REQUIREMENTS:Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.English. Good mathematical skills, 10-key experience, self motivated,and a good attendance record.Experience: One plus year experience.Computer Skills: Basic computer skills preferred.Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate with all level ofTeam Members.
