JOB SUMMARY
Assists department management in gathering data as well as managing documents and drawings. Responsible for developing and maintaining documents management and compliance systems. Creates and manages document retrieval system for compliance audit and site visits. Responsible for creating and managing a system for processing regulatory and office documentation. Responsible for facility software quality control and vendor follow-up. Contacts vendors to verify status. Troubleshoots processing problems. Investigates project issues and identifies solutions. Monitors and summarizes quality control inspection reports.

Education: High School Diploma required. Associate degree preferred.
Experience: Three years of business, healthcare, and/or maintenance experience required. Experience with maintaining compliance documents highly desirable. Knowledge of maintenance administration systems preferred. CAD experience preferred.
Licensure, certification, and/or registration: N/A
Other Minimum Qualifications: Effective communication and problem solving skills required. Must be capable of prioritizing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite and experience in database applications required. Understanding of a regulatory work environment desired.
Must provide own transportation and travel to other Carilion work sites, as necessary.
May be required to work at other Carilion facilities.
