\u003cp\u003eDixon is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Tech to join our team in Dallas, NC! The Maintenance Tech is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, replacing, and preforming preventive maintenance on facility equipment. The successful candidate will take a proactive approach to\u0026nbsp; facility equipment issues with a preventive maintenance mentality along with researching supplies, parts, and tools needed to complete assigned work orders. Furthermore, this position requires support of maintenance planning and scheduling efforts along with adherence to all applicable Safety, Health, and Environmental rules/guidelines while performing assigned tasks. Physical requirements include ability to walk, stand, and bend for long periods of time along with lifting up to 70 lbs. of tools, and /or equipment. Other duties as assigned by the department manager as needed.\u003c/p\u003e
