The Warehouse Case Picker is responsible for picking cases of product from the racks and placing them in the staging area to be shipped. The Team Member will stack cases of finished beef and pork products onto pallets using a motorized forklift, with the goal of building full pallets of product that are ready to wrap and ship to our customers. The Team Member will use a radio frequency (RF) scanner with system generated work lists to accomplish our customers’ orders. At times, other job duties and tasks may be part of the daily routine.

The work shift for this position is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. During the shift, you must be willing to move around the work area at a fast pace and bend, squat, lift, push, and pull up to 70 pounds in a work environment with temperatures ranging from 28 to 0 degrees. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including footwear, head gear, hearing protection, and gloves will be provided.

The hours for the initial 2 to 3 week training and orientation period will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
