Job Summary:
Coaches and works as a team with warehouse, management, suppliers, & other facilities.
Responsible for the proper execution of all Warehouse Activities within the location.
Employee will be the main point of contact in addressing inventory discrepancies, product quality issues, and process correction/improvement to ensure smooth flow of information and stock values.
Employee should ensure adherence to to Company Standards with a strong focus on safety and efficiency, ensuring goods are received, stored, and issued to internal and external customers in a timely manner.
The employee is responsible for inventory transactions accuracy, both physically and as recorded in the Warehouse Management System.
Responsible for WH stock accuracy and compliance with SLB procedures.
Ensure compliance with established procedures and Company Standards to maintain effective control over the physical product flow and storage for the warehouse and other inventory areas.
Implement required documentation and labelling per Company Standards and local requirements.
Maintain timely input to Warehouse Management System and ensure accurate stock transaction records.
Support by either supervising or directly executing the following (but not limited to) specific processes:
NCRs/RMAs/Scrap
Field Material Transfer to/ from sister SLB locations
Consumption of financial inventory
Perform Cycle Count and Physical Count entries in the Warehouse Management System in non-barcode enabled environments (management of exceptions)
Goods Reception in the Warehouse Management System in non-barcode enabled environments (management of exceptions)
Outbound Deliveries postings (issues out) in the Warehouse Management System in non-barcode enabled environments (management of exceptions)
Proactively monitors and implements local strategies to reduce excess and aging stock (specifically aim for reduction of Days on Hand (DSOH) and Slow moving indicators) for the assigned segments.
Execute Cycle Count and Periodical Physical Counts. Proactively promote, execute, and follow up internal Field Material Transfers, until final closure, ensuring quality controls are carried out and are compliant with the segment quality standards.
Optimize warehouse bin locations to improve efficiency & safety as well as bin creation and assignment. Implement, as applicable, advanced techniques (eg. kitting, Kanban etc) to improve local material management efficiency.
Aim for continuous improvement and regularly uses LEAN tools such as 6S exercise to improve WH efficiency and reduce waste.
Lead daily SFDM meetings to communicate revenue, on-time delivery, and open delivery notes to make sure the plant is making shipments in a timely manner.
Work closely with engineering/quality/suppliers to address non-conformance parts, perform visual inspections, and lead meetings with affected parties to address issues.
Support and/or lead in continuous improvement activities that are consistent with the needs of Cameron Manufacturing System.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of warehouse operations experience is required.
Intermediate level of SAP expertise and computer skills.
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
