Demonstrate such competency via performance of job duties and training and testing programs administered at intervals prescribed by LG\u0026amp;E assure correct classification of employees. 5.Employee will, during the normal performance of duties, watch for \u0026amp; promptly report to supervision any damaged or defective equipment or conditions which may cause damage or injury. 6.Employee will perform duties of lower or higher classifications that are incidental to the job \u0026amp; are within his/her capabilities including those needed for the purpose of training in the requirements of the higher classifications. 7.Employee will keep all equipment, tools, materials \u0026amp; work areas in a clean \u0026amp; orderly condition. 8.Employee will report as directed to any facility for any shift where needed. 9.Employee will perform work in a responsible \u0026amp; cooperative manner to facilitate a positive working environment. 10.Employee will represent the Company to the community with attention to the highest standard of conduct, appearance \u0026amp; attitude.11.Employee will compile information \u0026amp; generate reports, forms \u0026amp; documents as required. SPECIFIC DUTIESDuties which may include, but are not limited to:1.Employee will perform all duties of a Groundperson. 2.Employee will learn to climb all poles, towers, ladders \u0026amp; other structures. 3.Employee will learn the proper use of, \u0026amp; care for, tools, tackle \u0026amp; other line construction equipment. 4.Employee will learn to install, remove \u0026amp; maintain cross arms, braces, pins, insulators, secondary racks, brackets, guys, grounds, ground wire \u0026amp; associated line hardware. 5.Employee will learn to perform duties from aerial lifts, derricks, poles, towers \u0026amp; other elevated structures. 6.Employee will assist senior linemen in the installation, removal \u0026amp; maintenance of lightning arrestors, cutouts, switches, re-closer \u0026amp; other protective \u0026amp; sectionalizing devices. 7.Employee will aid senior linemen in the installation, removal \u0026amp; relocation of primary, secondary, service, neutral \u0026amp; other conductors. 8.Employee will aid senior linemen in splicing conductors, using compression \u0026amp; bolted connectors \u0026amp; other similar devices. 9.Employee will learn the proper wiring connections of the various secondary \u0026amp; primary terminations on transformers. 10.Employee will learn to take accurate measurements with voltmeter \u0026amp; ammeter. 11.Employee will learn to distinguish between energized \u0026amp; de-energized conductors. 12.Employee will assist senior linemen in the installation, removal \u0026amp; maintenance of poles, transformers, regulators, capacitors \u0026amp; their associated connections. 13.Employee will learn to make load \u0026amp; voltage tests on electrical devices on both primary \u0026amp; secondary conductors. 14.Employee will learn to install voltage \u0026amp; current recording instruments. 15.Employee will assist in re-fusing \u0026amp; repairing connections on conductors \u0026amp; devices. 16.Employee will learn to open \u0026amp; close switching devices, under direction. 17.Employee will assist in investigation of customer complaints. 18.Employee will learn electrical terms \u0026amp; apparatus associated with the Electric Service Delivery Department.19.Employee will respond to a minimum of 50% call-ins for off hour trouble response ensuring their exposure to various field conditions \u0026amp; helping them gain the competencies to move to the next level of their job classification.\u003c/span\u003e\u003c/span\u003e\u003c/span\u003e,
