Safety is always FIRST with Tyson Foods and at Tyson all Team Members are expected to practice safety standard, policies, and procedures . As part of our ongoing commitment to safety we provide all Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).

This position is responsible for ensuring all product and materials are loaded or unloaded in a timely manner using a motor-powered forklift while working in an area with temperatures ranging from -10 to 30 degrees, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided, which will include a freezer jacket and pants. You will be trained and licensed as a professional forklift operator.

During your work shift, which consist of 12 hour Shifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday(D-Shift/6PM to 6AM), you must be willing to move around the work area at a fast pace and willing to bend, squat, lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds. As part of efficiently completing the job tasks a handheld scanner will be used to keep track of product as it is loaded, unloaded, and moved around the facility. At certain times other job duties and tasks maybe part of the daily routine.
