Job Details:
Tasks: This position is responsible for maintaining the male restroom, locker rooms, break rooms, and hallways after breaks and shift changes, which includes by is not limited to sweeping, mopping, wiping off tables, picking up floors, and trash removal. Responsible for distributing and filling paper towels, toilet paper, and soap to the bathrooms as needed. Must clean toilets and urinals after each break. Must clean the tables in the cafeteria and break rooms after each break, which includes wiping down tables and chairs, sweeping/mopping and picking up floor, and discarding left over items into the trash receptacles. Clean the conference and trainer rooms. Chemicals to be used with this position include laundry detergent, bleach, window cleaner, and degreaser. This position is responsible for emptying the trash receptacles, which can range from 10 to 50 pounds, before they are full and placing them in the trash carts, as well as clean around the trash receptacles when emptied. Must take trash carts to the dumpster and empty before they get full, and take cardboard to the baler when the cart is full. Must pick up the recycle paper. This position is responsible to wash down walls and must be willing to reach up to the height of 8 feet which could result in the use of a ladder, dust around equipment in the lunchroom and locker rooms and fill in for laundry when needed. Temperature ranges from -10 to 100 degrees. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. All other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements: Candidate needed for janitorial position that includes cleaning and maintenance of open and accessible male restroom, locker room, and shower facility. Candidate must be willing to submit to a post offer drug screen and Health Assessment.
