Title: Lead PR06L – Full Time – Cincinnati, OH 45246
Intro:
The starting pay for this position is $20.75/hr. with a shift increase for second shift and potential for overtime. We have open positions for first shift, second and third shift.

Position Description:
This position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in coordination of the daily responsibilities of the department by ensuring the Supervisor’s instructions are communicated to the team members and carried out timely and correctly. This position will also monitor all equipment to insure it is working properly and notify the supervisor of any needed maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
The shipping, receiving and warehousing of raw materials and finished goods.
Transfer materials required by production to and from the tempering rooms and freezer warehouse storage areas.
Stage materials for tempering and microwave process and direct material flow to manufacturing using FIFO methodology.
Order, receive, and transfer products required by production and administrative personnel to and from the dry warehouse and other dry storage areas.
Responsible for training team members on all areas within the warehouse and PIT equipment modules.
Able to perform the all different functions of warehouse operations.
Ability to create and train on standardized work.
Ability to back-up material associates by ordering supplies.
Perform fall protection or other specific duties if properly trained as designated by the supervisor or manager.
Adhere to all APF safety guidelines and GMP for Operations
Must be willing and able to list up to 70lbs when required.
Must be willing and able to work in environment with extreme temperatures ranging from -10F to 39F.
Team Member has an individual responsibility to report all possible deficiencies that could compromise food safety.
Requirements:
High school diploma required.
Must be forklift certified.
Must have base level knowledge and skills to be able to maneuver through computer systems and experience with Ross and Microsoft Outlook.
Must have a minimum of 9 months Warehouse experience and 6 months Forklift Operator experience at the Cincinnati Plant.
