Profile
This position is responsible for performing various hatchery tasks while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Must be willing to perform basic math in keeping track of chicks on each pallet
TM will retrieve stacked chick boxes from restacker and move stacks onto a pallet and then moving pallets into the proper load line
Must be willing to pull 75lbs across rollers and maneuver onto pallet
Must be willing to stand and walk on concrete for 8-9 hours per day
Must assist chick floor lead of monitoring other machinery from time to time
TM will be required to pass certification to operate an electric pallet jack to perform task
Must be willing to accept and carry through on request and directions given.
Must be willing to use repetitive motions throughout 8-9 hour shift.
Must be willing to learn other duties (as needed)
Moderate amount of stooping and bending to accomplish task
Work schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Wednesday will rotate each week with other General Labor and work 6 a.m. to 11a.m.
