This individual will be expected to participate in the following areas: Manages ETL solutions for medium to large scale data warehouse projects.

ETL application analysis, design, development and implementation, including: data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, data reporting solutions, database, and technical and user documentation.

Act as the primary ETL technical liaison working with technical infrastructure teams to resolve problems and implement solutions to technical issues impacting application performance.

Work with the Infrastructure team to execute activities such as performance test planning and execution failure failover planning and execution, endurance testing and deployment planning and testing.

Perform oversight of development activities which may include data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, preparing logical database models, testing and implementation.

Prepare, and/or review technical documentation such as designs, schemas, etc, as appropriate.

Provide technical leadership to team of developers.

IT Specialist

Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.

Expert 84 Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 months experience writing technical specifications including ETL source to target mapping documents, use cases, software architecture documents, ETL design documents and implementation documents.

84 months experience using ETL tools, like Oracle Data Integrator to migrate data from various sources and targets including databases, flat files, and XML files.

60 months experience writing and tuning SQL scripts including: tables, views and indexes.

60 months experience working with Oracle 11g or later.

60 months experience using Oracle Data Integrator 11g or later.

60 months experience in design, development and implementation of business intelligence architectures with experience in analysis, problem solving, technical writing, presenting and communicating with stakeholders.

48 months experience complex PL/SQL objects including: procedures, functions, triggers and packages.

24 months experience using Oracle supplied utilities including: SQL Loader, external tables, and Oracle built in packages.

24 months experience developing, implementing and integrating systems related to Criminal Justice processing at the state or federal level using Criminal Justice terminology and nomenclatures.
