Driver Supervisor \u00A0\u00A0This position is responsible for supervision of drivers. \u00A0Essential Duties:\u00A01. Communicating with drivers on loads, DOT logs and hours of service.2. Assign loads.3. Oversee drivers and resolve problems that may arise.4. Other duties as needed.\u00A0Job Requirements:\u00A0\u2022 12 months of dispatch experience\u2022 6 months experience with Microsoft computer programs\u2022 Working knowledge of truck load transportation\u2022 Knowledge of DOT Regulations regarding logs and hours of service\u2022 Good organizational skills\u2022 Able to work Monday thru Friday and every other Saturday\u2022 Good attitude towards drivers and ability to work well with drivers\u2022 Ability to make decisions and follow policies\u2022 Ability to work under pressure and stressful situations that are related to the job\u2022 Ability to multi-task\u2022 Valid CDL license Dependability a must\u2022 Able to pass a background check and drug and alcohol test\u00A0\u00A0Educational Requirements:\u00A0High School Diploma/GED; four-year degree preferred but would consider a combination of education and work experience.\u00A0EOE/Vet/Disabled\u00A0
