Responsibilities
NOTE: You must live and be licensed/certified in Arizona, Ohio or Texas .
Responsible for researching and updating clarifications and denials on patient profiles
Responsible for making or taking phones calls to and from providers and patients
Decisions are typically focused on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments.
Ability to solve problems and encourage others in collaborative problem solving.
Self-directed, but also able to work well in a group.
A positive, proactive attitude, energetic, highly motivated and a self-starter.
Role Essentials
Candidates for this position must have:
Must have an active Pharmacy Technician License (Registered or Certified)
1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail, mail order or hospital pharmacy
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously
Strong data entry skills
A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
Ability to be scheduled between 8am - 8pm EST Monday through Friday. You will work a 40 hour week/8 hour days.
Role Desirables
Inbound/outbound call experience in any pharmacy setting a plus
Arizona:
Working in the state of Arizona must comply with the Tobacco Free Hiring Policy and upon offer will be subjected to nicotine testing as part of a 10-panel drug test
