Description

If so, we are looking for an RV Driver who will help prepare for marketing activities, drive to community events, and maintain the vehicle's overall appearance.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who lives within a daily commutable distance to the Fresno, CA area.

In this field position, you will report to the Senior Manager, Medicare Sales and your working hours are flexible, but a full shift is required as work dictates including some evenings and weekends. You will have overall responsibility for checking and maintaining the Recreational Vehicle (RV) daily, ensuring it is mechanically safe and clean, and inspect the vehicle for any defects and safety concerns. This position will include delivering marketing materials, setting up for marketing activities and events, including loading and unloading boxes, tents, tables/chairs, and other marketing displays; purchasing food and other items needed at events, handling office deliveries and managing inventory of marketing supplies. You will also be responsible to report traffic accidents, violations (tickets), and any other incidents. Other responsibilities include cleaning the vehicle and performing basic administrative tasks as needed. This position typically works on routine and patterned assignments for the Medicare Sales Field Agent.

Required Qualifications

1 year of professional driving experience in a safe, timely and efficient manner in both urban and rural environments including city streets and interstate travel.

This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits. As part of the background check process, we will run a full Motor Vehicle Report.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Must have basic mechanical skills, for example, the ability to check and fully inspect the vehicle daily.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, with a variety of locations, following policies and procedures.

Computer efficient with Outlook plus the ability to navigate mobile apps.

Must be able to lift boxes and marketing displays up to 50 lbs.

Knowledge of streets and addresses in the driving area.

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Must live within a daily commutable distance of the assigned territory

Additional Information

Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Associates who remain unvaccinated must either undergo weekly negative COVID testing OR wear a mask at all times while in a Humana facility or while working in the field.

This role may also include additional background check requirements as designated by your state and the Department of Transportation
