Hang live birds using empty shackles.

The Live Hanger hangs the birds by grabbing the birds by their legs while waiting for the empty shackles, hang them up in an upside down position facing Live Hanger. The Live Hanger also ensures that there is no miss or empty shackles passes by for continuously flow of process and to improve efficiency. Live hangers are expected coupe-up with the probable maximum line speed. He ensures that both legs are hanging to prevent damaging the birds and for better throughput and better machine efficiency. Live hanger ensures that dead on arrivals (DOA) but put it in a designated tub. Live hangers rotate after a certain minutes to prevent work related injury. They ensure that birds are all secure in live hang area and catch the birds that got out from the cages or live hang area.
