Based on experience and education, new hires in this position are expected to start between $17.30-$18.05 an hour.

CVS Health, is Fortune 4 Company and we are looking for people to make an impact in the world. We have a new opportunity for a 2nd shift Distribution/ Dispensing Clerk in Mount Prospect, IL. You will be a key member of our fulfillment department within our Pharmacy Dispensing Facility. Your goal, as a Distribution Clerk, is to maximize efficiency and productivity in the packing area to ensure patient orders are accurately getting shipped. You would be responsible for performing the daily functions of shipping/packing of prescription orders in accordance with standard operating procedures.

In order to be a successful Dispensing Clerk you will assist the pharmacists in the Quality Control area, assemble and package customer orders for shipment, prepare medication orders for shipment with the appropriate carrier, assist with stocking supplies and other tasks associated with the department and work independently and as a member of a team. During your time at CVS as a Distribution/ Dispensing Clerk you will be exposed to opportunities which will allow you to be promoted into a Certified Pharmacy Technician.

This is an onsite 2nd shift position. The schedule is Sunday from 2pm to 12:25am. Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 3pm to 1:25am. Off Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 16.00

Maximum: 25.70

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time

- Ability to reach/twist/turn/bend/stoop/walk and lift up to 40 pounds

- Colleague will be required to work mandatory overtime/ extended work week when needed

- Colleague will be required to travel when needed

- Regular and predictable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

- Warehouse or fulfillment center experience.

- Experience working in a Mail Order Pharmacy.

- Experience using SAP.

Education

- Verifiable high school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
