Job Details:
Summary:
Responsible for assisting customers with the disbursement of repair/spare parts and consumable materials. Management of repairables and the Lubrication Center.
Principal Accountably:
Responsible for assisting customers with the disbursement of repair/spare parts and consumable materials. Management of repairables and the Lubrication Center.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to work in temperatures less than or equal to 35 degrees Fahrenheit temperature for minimum of 8 hours
Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail.
Must be able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must have basic math skills which includes but not limited to addition, subtraction, averaging, and calculating percentages.
SAP experience is preferred.
Chemical/Lubrication knowledge is preferred.
Must have a general knowledge of Windows Microsoft Office Applications, including Word and Excel.
Education and Work Experience:
Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Some college preferred.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an industrial environment: within an MRO stock room preferred.
Must have a general knowledge of maintenance principles and possess a mechanical aptitude.
Must be proficient in the use of computer maintenance management software, scanners and workflow.
Ability to communicate effectively with company employees and all levels of management.
Must be able to maintain prompt and regular job attendance and the flexibility to change shifts when required to cover vacations.
Internal: Must not have more than 5 attendance occurrences. Must not have a disciplinary suspension on file in the past 6 months. Must be in your current position for a minimum of six (6) months unless this job is a higher class than you currently hold.
Successful applicants for this position must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment. Vaccine verification will be required by October 1, 2021 for Corporate based team members and by November 1, 2021 for Plant and Warehousing based team members.
