Position Summary

Operator Care-Basic lubrication, inspection adjustments, repairs, cleaning (CLAIR

LEAN Manufacturing- Contribute to a continuous improvement environment by participating in activities to include line side problem solving

5S program (Andon System Stoplight)- Contribute to a safe and organized work environment by maintaining a clean and orderly work space

Physical lifting/moving, bending to stock material from inventory location to robotic equipment (Min 25 LBS)

Perform perfect packaging checks

Safely and efficiently resolve jam ups and equipment malfunctions

Identify material quality defects and take appropriate action

Weigh rework using a floor scale and Human Machine Interface (HMI) workstation

Operate handheld digital scanner

Requirements:

At least one month of manufacturing or order filling experience list in work history.
