Profile

Makes sure marination tanks are ready and mix marination according to product specifications in presence of QA. Sets vacuum tumblers and Muellers properly. Dumps product in Muellers. Weighs on digital scale. Adds marination and vacuum marination into tumblers. Accurately maintains all required paperwork and records. Must be able to demonstrate basic math skills to calculate marination mixes. Must be able to assemble equipment by required startup time. Must keep work area clean at all times. Must be able to perform essential job functions to standard within 20 days. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Good math skills. Must observe & comply with hygiene and safety procedures at all times. Must be able to work in a cold & wet environment. Must be able to work flexible hours and some weekends. Must have worked 6 months out of the last 12. Only applicants from the following counties will be considered for hire; Hickman, Fulton, Graves, Carroll, Dyer, Gibson, Henry, Lake, Weakley, and Obion.
